01
Core Organizational Principles
SECTION 1Org First
Respect the group before personal gain. Org cohesion and mission success come first.
Mission Lead Authority
The Mission Host/Lead has operational authority during their mission.
Assume Good Intent
Misunderstandings happen. Don't escalate immediately.
Mission Before Drama
Stop arguments during active gameplay. Finish the mission first.
Handle Issues Privately
Correct behavior privately whenever possible. No public humiliation or callouts.
02
Grouping & Mission Participation
SECTION 2Share or Contribute
If you join a group, you must share missions back or actively help complete missions already being run.
Reciprocal Mission Sharing
Members in group activities are expected to contribute to the group's reward and reputation progression — by sharing profitable, reputation-generating missions or by actively helping complete them. Benefiting from missions shared by others while refusing to contribute is leeching. If you prefer exclusive rewards and reputation, operate solo.
Pull Your Weight
Participate actively. No freeloading or AFK riding.
Stay Engaged
Repeated inactivity or ghosting may result in removal from the group.
Voice Comms Required
Discord voice communication is mandatory during organized group activities.
Be Proactive
Contribute to the success of the operation without needing to be asked repeatedly.
03
Mission, Loot & Reward Policy
SECTION 3Mission Ownership
The player who accepts, shares, or organizes the mission is the Mission Owner/Lead.
Reward Control
Mission rewards belong to the Mission Owner unless otherwise stated. No self-claiming.
Group Loot Default
Loot acquired during organized operations is group loot unless stated otherwise before the mission starts.
Announce Valuable Loot
"You Touch It, You Announce It." Call out valuable items before taking them.
No Silent Pocketing
Quietly taking high-value loot during org operations is prohibited.
Priorities Matter
Recovery, medical support, and mission completion take priority over looting.
PvP Loot
PvP loot belongs to the squad unless the Mission Lead decides otherwise.
Clarify Rules Early
Mission Leads should explain any special loot or payout rules before starting operations.
04
Voice Chat Conduct
SECTION 4Respect Comms
Do not intentionally overtalk, interrupt, or mic spam.
No Rage Broadcasting
Excessive yelling, screaming, or disruptive outbursts are not acceptable.
Thick Skin Expected
Banter and rough language are normal within reason.
Family Boundaries
No dark humor involving spouses, children, or child abuse.
No Hate Speech
Racial slurs or racial hate speech result in immediate removal.
Leadership Intervention
If things escalate too far, DevilDog or Chakrul will step in.
05
Text Channel & Media Conduct
SECTION 5Use Proper Channels
Keep memes, trade posts, ops discussion, and media in their appropriate channels.
No Public Drama
No callouts, shaming posts, or public arguments in org channels.
Avoid Hostile Politics/Religion
Keep real-world political or religious hostility out of main channels.
Restricted Content
No NSFW, gore, or extreme content outside approved areas.
06
Conflict Resolution
SECTION 61
Pause the argument and finish the mission.
2
Attempt respectful direct communication.
3
Request officer mediation if needed.
4
Leadership review for repeated or serious violations.
07
Enforcement Policy
SECTION 7Minor First OffenseA slip-up, handled with a heads-up.
Warning
Repeated DisruptionPattern of disruptive behavior.
7-Day Group Ban
Severe or Repeated ViolationsSerious breaches or ongoing problems.
Removal — Org and/or Discord
Immediate Removal OffensesRacial hate speech or extreme toxic behavior.
Immediate Removal
